Since you have not completed the training, you are not eligible to be on the FDW Trainer Registry.

If you have answered “No” in error, you need to exit and start the FDW Trainer Registry Form again.

FDW Trainer Registry Forms are not reviewed until we have received information from the Trainer that the Registrant has completed all requirements to be certified as an FDW Trainer.
