How can I reset my password?

Reset your password when you can’t login to your account, or you’ve forgotten your password.

1. To reset your account password, go to: https://iswnetwork.ca/
2. On the right, under the Account and Registration heading, click “Log in”
3. Click the link “Lost your password?” below the login box (see the image below)



4. On the new window that appears, enter your username or email address and check the box to confirm you are not a robot (an anti-spam question)
5. Click “Get New Password”
6. Check your email account for password reset instructions.
7. Follow the link in the email, create a new password, and then Log in to your account.
8. If you do not receive an email after 15 minutes, check your spam or junk folders for an email. If there is no email, use the website contact form to send us the username and email address you are using so we can investigate.

How do I access my ISW Network account?

1. To access your account, go to: https://iswnetwork.ca/
2. On the right, under the Account and Registration heading, click “Log in”
3. On the login screen, enter your Username or Email address
4. Enter your password
5. Check the box next to “I’m not a robot”
6. Click “Log In”

How do I access password-protected ISW resources?

1. To access password-protected ISW resources, you must first Log In to your account.
2. After you have successfully logged in to your account, a welcome message with your first name appears on the top right-hand corner of the website.
3. Go to the Main Menu, hover over “My Account”
4. Select “My Resources” from the Drop-down menu. (Note that “My Resources” will only appear on the Drop-down menu when you are logged in to your account.)
5. Resources you have access to will appear on your My Resources page.

Facilitator Development Workshop trainers are listed on the FDW Trainers Registry page.

How can I list my upcoming event on the ISW Network website?

For your upcoming event to be considered for listing on the ISW Network website, please use the contact form to send us the following details about the event:

• Your name (so we know who to contact if we have questions)
• Title of event
• Date and time of event
• A short description of the event and/or a web link to event details
• Format of the event, e.g., virtual, in-person, hybrid
• How to register
• Who to contact for more information about this event.
