Thank you for completing the ISW Local Representative Form and for your willingness to serve as an ISW Local Representative to help facilitate communication and collaboration across our global ISW Network.

If we need additional information from you, we will contact you using the email you provided on this Local Representative Registry Form.

We can only process Registry Forms on an occasional, small-batch basis, usually within three weeks of receipt of your submitted Form.

If you provided permission to do so on the Registry Form, your name, affiliation and location will be added to the ISW Local Representative web list on the public view of the ISW website.

We will add the same information, along with your email for ISW communications, to the Local Rep PDF list located in the Contacts folder of the password-protected area of the ISW website. This list enables Facilitators and Trainers to connect with Local Reps in their region and beyond.

If you need to change any part of your contact information, please do so by submitting your new contact information (Name, Affiliation, City, Province/State, Country, and email for ISW communications) on the Contact form on the main menu of the ISW website.
