Your FDW Trainer Registry Form has been submitted successfully.

FDW Trainer Registry Forms are not reviewed until we have received information from the Trainer that the Registrant has completed all requirements to be certified as an FDW Trainer.

If we need additional information from you, we will contact you using the email you provided on the Registry Form.

We can only process Registry Forms on an occasional, small-batch basis. This is usually possible within 3 weeks of receiving a Registry Form.

If you provided permission on the Registry Form, your name, affiliation and location will be added to the FDW Trainer Registry web list.

To access resources for Trainers in the password-protected area of the website, follow the directions found on the FAQs page. You need to use the primary email for ISW communications that you provided previously in order to access your ISW Account.

If you need to change any part of your contact information, please do so by submitting your new contact information (Name, Affiliation, City, Province/State, Country, and email for ISW communications) on the Contact form on the main menu of the ISW website.

The ISW Network is a volunteer-run organization. Thank you for your patience for the calendar time it takes us to manage the FDW Trainer Registry process.
