Since you have not completed the training, you are not eligible to be on the ISW Facilitator Registry.

If you have answered “No” in error, you need to exit and start the ISW Facilitator Registry Form again.

ISW Facilitator Registry Forms are not reviewed until we have received information from the FDW Trainer or Apprenticeship Facilitator Mentor that the Registrant has completed all requirements to be certified as an ISW Facilitator.
