ISW Network PD Event for ISW Facilitators and FDW Trainers (in Zoom)

Topic: ISW Lesson Planning Principles

Join us for an interactive session with Dr. Joseph Topornycky, where you’ll explore a holistic approach to teaching lesson planning in an ISW.

Discover the core principles behind lesson planning models (including BOPPPS and CARD model)—how and why they work—so you can make informed decisions and adapt them to different learning needs and contexts.

This session will help you build confidence, strengthen your independent judgment as an educator, and empower participants to do the same.

This PD Event is hosted by the ISW Network Executive Team and will start at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (Vancouver) in Canada & U.S. If you are in a different time zone, be sure to confirm the start time in your time zone.

The event will be held in Zoom and is open to ISW Facilitators and FDW Trainers who are on the ISW Registry. This event will not be recorded for later viewing.

Registration closes Monday, May 12, 2025 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time.

If you do not receive a confirmation email from Zoom within a day or two of submitting your registration form, please check your junk or spam folder.

If your registration is already confirmed and you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration so someone else can attend. Contact our Events Coordinator if you need help cancelling your registration.

IMPORTANT: This Zoom event is offered to ISW Facilitators and FDW Trainers who are confirmed on the ISW Registry. If you are a qualified ISW Facilitator or FDW Trainer, but not yet confirmed on the ISW Registry, please complete your ISW Registry Form first.
