Facilitating Reflection in the One-On-One

The 5-7 minutes set aside for the one-on-one reflection time is a crucial part of the ISW lesson-feedback cycle, and a great deal of expectations can be rolled into that time – a time to help the instructor reflect on the experience, gather questions for the circle, prepare for feedback, emotionally decompress, open up space for new ideas, and even more. That is a lot for such a short chunk of time. Together, we will share a bit about how to make the best use of that precious time in each of your ISW cycles.

This PD Event is hosted by the ISW Network Executive Team and will start at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (Vancouver) in Canada & U.S. If you are in a different time zone, be sure to confirm the start time in your time zone using an online world clock, e.g., at https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/

This Zoom event is offered for ISW Facilitators and FDW Trainers who are confirmed on the ISW Registry. If you are a qualified ISW Facilitator or FDW Trainer, but not yet confirmed on the ISW Registry, please complete your Registry registration form first.
