Event Posting Request Form

The Community-Sponsored Event Posting Request Form collects information from ISW Community members about ISW- and FDW-related events for potential inclusion on the Network website. Please note that submission does not guarantee that the event will be posted.

To submit a request, you must be an ISW Facilitator or FDW Trainer listed on the ISW Registry. If you or the identified event Facilitator/Trainer are not yet on the Registry, please complete the ISW Registry Form(s) first. The event posting will be considered once registration is confirmed.

All ISWs, FDWs, and Facilitator Apprenticeships must align with the descriptions and guidelines outlined on the Network website and be offered by registered ISW Facilitators or FDW Trainers. If we require additional information or clarification, we will reach out via email.
